Smoke Challenge (w/small change): Week 2

Okay here are my results for the challenge I can only imagine I must be a sadist as I disagree with Mike's comment"This is so tough that it could be considered 'not a whole lot of fun'" in fact its is a whole lot of fun, though am sure I will be sore tomorrow which could cause problems for the : The"Down Under North of the Border Windy City Tour de Funner" challenge

so the challenge:KB555v2.0
*100KB Swings
*50 Prisoner Squats
*50 mountain climbers
*50 Bodyweight squats
*53 Pushups
Repeat for 2 sets = 556 reps

Result: 10 mins

Bike 6km Results:
time -12:47
85-90 rpm
25-28 kph

Hi Alex...

Okay,..."10 minutes" was your time for the KB555? I'm assuming this is for EACH set?
(Sorry, but I have a hard time believing you did all 556 reps in 10 minutes = average 55.6 reps PER minute!)

I find that an impossible pace to sustain for 10 solid minutes.What are you having for breakfast? I need some of that!

I agree - but that's what the clock on the gym wall said - my watch with the stopwatch needs a new battery ...

can get past a good kiwi breakfast

Hey thank for stopping by... all is well and the twins are growing rapidly. LOL or maybe just my belly is growing fast?!?!?

10 minutes is insane! It took me a bit over 2:30 for each 100kb swings...another minute per 50 squats, rollouts, and pushups. The bike was killing me after a 2 mile jog.

Next week's version 3.0 should provide for a wee bit more entertainment (if not an opportune moment to control the gag reflex).
