Bodyweight warmup
SB Leg curl 15
close-grip Push-Up 15 reps
Stick ups 10 reps
Warm ups:
1A) chin ups - 4, 4
1B) DB Chest press 20kg/8 22.5kg/8

1A) chin ups 6, 6, 6
1B) DB Chest press 25kg/8, 25kg/8, 25kg/8
2A) BB Row 60kg/8, 60kg/8, 60kg/8,
2B) DB low incline chest press 22.5kg/8, 22.5kg/8, 22.5kg/8
3A) Decline pushups 15, 15, 15
3B) DB incline curl 17.5kg/8, 17.5kg/8, 17.5kg/8,
Not bad after such a stressful week work-wise - energy levels were low ... can probably increase the reps/weights on a couple of things next time round.
still get those painful head pains for few secs every-time I do chin-ups - weird ! must be something to do with my headaches generally though ....
work fun fair & fireworks thing tonight & the inaugural choir performance ... we are sounding good though "Christmas in the park" is getting closer ......
going forward am going to stop posting workouts here .... except on the odd occasion & move back to posting musings only
